What is a Certified Translation?
A certified translation is a translated document accompanied by a signed statement from the translator attesting to the completeness and accuracy of the translation. The statement is also notarized by a notary public. Once a translation is certified it becomes a legal record.

Certified/authorized translation: when providing notary certification, the translation is sewn and sealed together with the original document or notary certified copy of the original document. In order to certify the copy –
the original document must also be submitted to the notary.
